Blue Frog Truffle Farm (truffière) has been harvesting premium black truffles (Tuber melanosporum) since 2007. Located just north of Canberra — 5km from the ACT border near the Federal Highway — the 4.5-hectare farm was established in 2003 with plantings of oak and hazelnut trees.
During the harvest season (mid-June to mid-August), Wayne, Lanie, Justin and Sabrina harvest twice weekly. Fresh truffles are available to purchase directly from the farm — contact us to order during the season.
