While some meals at Terracotta have a South American influence, others boast an Aussie flare. The bistro is situated at the Yass Bowling Club.
The mixed seafood dishes with hot and spicy Brazilian coconut sauces, herbs, shallots and chilli are cooked in terracotta pots. The grilled chicken is served with a variety of sauces, veggies or salad.
Local Angus beef eye fillet, marinated, served on cos lettuce, rosemary mash with seasonal veggies. Fish of the day is grilled or battered, there are over 50 dishes to choose from for dinner and a large selection of lunchtime meals.
