This September, experience one of Australia’s most celebrated dining destinations as Lennox Hastie, Chef and Owner of Firedoor, brings his signature approach to cooking with fire to Shaw Estate for an extraordinary collaboration.

Known as Australia’s first fully wood-fuelled restaurant and recognised internationally through Chef’s Table, Somebody Feed Phil and Ugly Delicious, Firedoor will present a Canberra-first, five-course wood-fired dinner celebrating exceptional produce, fire and seasonality.

Presented in partnership with Lark Whisky, guests will enjoy a welcome cocktail on arrival, with a curated Lark Whisky menu available to purchase throughout the evening.
