Held in Spring annually, a time when the region blossoms and culturally flourishes. Various sculptures will be created by artists, on display for viewing.

Sculpture in the Paddock was conceived by Yass artists Al Phemister, Duncan Waugh and Kim Nelson as part of the 2013 YASSarts celebration weekend.

Held in Spring each year; a time when the region literally blossoms and culturally flourishes. Various sculptures will be created by several artists and will be on display for viewing and voting for your favourite.

As with all things in life, the event needs to evolve and grow, usually held at the Historical property Cooma Cottage, the event will now be moving venues this year! For 2018 the exhibition will be relocated to a rolling 50 acre paddock on Shaw Vineyard Estate, Murrumbateman.

The event retains its rural heart and has the benefit of more facilities on hand. The venue is 40 minutes drive from Canberra, 15 minutes from Yass.

In addition to a large-scale outdoor event, Sculpture in the Paddock is proud to run a concurrent Schools Program bringing art and artists to many schools in our region.

A great time of the year to visit Yass Valley with family and friends.
