Since opening in 1892, the Yass Tramway has witnessed its share of unfortunate mishaps, unexpected incidents, and memorable moments that reveal a different side of railway history.

Visit the real locations where these events unfolded and discover the people, places, and circumstances behind each story. Along the way, you’ll gain a fresh appreciation for the museum’s long history, the challenges of railway life, and the drama hidden within its familiar surroundings.

Join them for lunch with a ‘build your own burger’ and cakes for dessert with tea and coffee provided (please provide any dietary requirements).

Please note that due to content it is recommended for 15+. The Railway Museum is an industrial site and not suitable for walkers or wheelchairs. Guide dogs are accepted.
