Join Tyger Gallery for a relaxed, hands-on seascape painting workshop led by Canberra-based artist Jenny Blake.

Jenny is one of the gallery’s long-time favourite artists and a wonderful, generous teacher. Her semi-abstract landscapes explore the vulnerability and beauty of nature through layered, intuitive processes – building, eroding and reworking paint to let an image slowly emerge.

In this two-hour workshop, Jenny will guide participants through creating their own seascape, sharing her techniques for working intuitively with paint, texture and movement. The session is designed to be welcoming and supportive, whether you’re completely new to painting or looking to loosen up your practice.
