This class offers a gentle space to slow down, reconnect, and discover something deeper.

Why is this class different? Because this is not a typical art class. There are no techniques to learn or master, and no outcomes to get right or wrong. Whether you’ve never drawn before or create every day, this experience invites you to show up exactly as you are — with curiosity and without judgment.

Over two gentle hours, you’ll be guided through a calming meditation and guided visualisation which will then help inform your expressive art making process, followed by group sharing and reflection. Every part of the process is optional throughout so no pressure. It’s very individual and just a safe space to relax, reconnect, express yourself creatively, and connect with others through creativity.
